
We are excited to offer teacher training here at Bendy Body Pilates in conjunction with Pilates Education Institute. Our next available teacher training begins January 2027. With only seven spots available, the small training sessions will be intimate and detailed, giving you the best experience to be successful.
The 260-hour teacher training program will include in-person studio days (see schedule below), online learning, observation hours, personal practice hours, practice teaching hours, taking group classes, and a case study presentation.

Requirements
To become a fully qualified Mat & Reformer Instructor, students must complete 260 hours of work:

Online/at home learning: 10 hours

Personal practice: 25 hours

Taking group class: 35 hours

Observation: 35 hours

Practice teaching: 75 hours

Case study: 6 hours
The in-studio days will comprise of 6 weekends, each day is 12p-6p except Friday 1/22:

Please note: The in-studio days are extremely important and should not be missed; however, if you are unable to attend, the hours can transfer to practice teaching hours. (For example: if you miss weekend 2, you would need to fulfill an additional 12 hours of practice teaching.)
